RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, please review the policy below.

RETURNS

Products are returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Restocking fee: 15%
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is not received as described.
Custom orders are non-returnable.
Note: Customizations such as non-standard sizes, finishes, or configurations are considered final sale and not eligible for return.

RETURN CONDITIONS 

To qualify for a return:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
The item must be in brand-new, unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all materials. We ship using double-wall boxes for maximum protection; returns must be repackaged similarly to avoid damage.
Buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for return freight shipping. Please note that return shipping costs may exceed the original outbound rate.
Returns that do not meet all the above conditions will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost and 15% restocking fee. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Note: If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. This allows us to file a claim with the carrier and help resolve the issue quickly.

DEFECTIVE PARTS

In the rare event that your order arrives with a defective part, we will replace the part at no cost to you, including shipping. You must notify us immediately and provide a clear description along with supporting photos.
